Magnificent male African Lion head. Of immense size and unrivalled quality; quite the best that one could hope to find. Finely modelled and mounted on a plaster mannikin of considerable weight. Inset with glass eyes, whiskers, real jaw, plaster modelled/painted tongue and gums. Retaining full colour and a well-groomed mane, having only one small battle scar to the bridge of its nose. Mounted to the original, large, custom-shaped and dark stained oak shield.
